Generational transition concludes at Danimex Communication
In a history spanning more than 30 years of excellence in the radiocommunication field, the family business of Danimex has now moved on to the next generation. On the 1st April 2020, Charlotte and Henrik Thomsen completed their buyout of the company and now have 100% ownership of the Danimex Group.
Charlotte Thomsen continues as CEO of Danimex Communication, Danimex Holding and Danimex Nordics. Henrik Thomsen assumes the position of Chairman of the Board of Danimex Communication and Danimex Holding.
Bjarne Bruun Sørensen and Egon Bruun continue as board members, while Jytte Kaufmann Thomsen has resigned her position after many years of devoted service, helping to shape Danimex into the strong company it is today. We thank her sincerely.
The generational transition was marked a little unconventionally with a “Stay at home party”, which was celebrated online from the private homes of each employee. Entertainment, wine and good food were provided by local restaurant, Huset Blom.
