We are looking for a highly skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our technical team and play a crucial role in driving our mission of delivering cutting-edge radio communication technology to our clients.

Are you a technical expert in the field of radio communication, with a strong understanding of Motorola solutions? Are you a skilled communicator who can bridge the gap between our clients' needs and our technical offerings?

If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to be the technical expert in our sales process, providing valuable insights and guidance to our customers in the Middle East and North Africa. Preferably with Sønderborg, Denmark as base of operation, but this is not a requirement.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable radio communication solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the rest of the technical team to provide input on product recommendations and design ideas.
Provide pre-sales technical support and respond to partner inquiries.
Assist in creating technical proposals and documentation for clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the radio communication field.
Travel to client locations as needed to support the sales process.

Professional qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Broad knowledge of radio communication systems and technologies.
Previous experience with Motorola radio communication solutions is highly desirable.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages, French is definitely a plus but not a requirement.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications, such as Motorola Certified Sales Specialist (MCSS) or similar, are a plus, but not a requirement.

Additional Skills (beneficial):

Knowledge of other radio communication systems and equipment.
Experience with software-defined radios (SDR).
Familiarity with network infrastructure and IP-based communication solutions.
Multilingual proficiency in additional languages.
Sales experience or training.
