Danimex' dealer channel
Danimex' authorized dealers all apply to a set of guidelines. This section briefly describes the guidelines for the Danimex Dealer Channel.
Danimex Communication expects our dealers to act in a manner that complies with the policies undertaken by Danimex Communication.
Training and education: Dealers of Danimex Communication receive training and education on an ongoing basis, in order to have the most recent product information available.
Service level: Authorized Dealers of Danimex Communication are obliged to maintain a high level of service, both in technical matters and in terms of short response time.
Support: Authorized Dealers of Danimex Communication are to offer a high level of support to their customers.
Use of the Danimex Authorized Dealer logo: Only appointed Authorized Dealers are entitled to use the Danimex Authorized Dealer logo.
